This is a holiday village at 10 km north of Sunny Beach, after Sveti Vlas. The village has perfect private beach and all kind of facilities and entertainment. The Romana Villas project is for sale. This fee includes maintenance and cleaning of the communal parts of the building – entrances, corridors, stairs, roof, and green areas around the building; lightening of the communal parts and outside area, elevators, and security. The fee is annual and is paid once every year in the month of April, starting 2008. RENTAL MANAGEMENT: If the apartment owners would like to rent their properties out, the builder provides rental management of the properties. Since the apartment sections are part of bigger hotels they can rent them out through the same reservations department that operates the hotels. The builder signs rental contract for the active summer tourist season; they withhold 20% of the rental income as a tourist management fee, and electricity and water consumption are included in these 20%. In case that the apartment owner wants his apartment rented out he must provide a standard equipment package (that meets the tour operators’ requirements for accommodation of tourists in the apartments on self-catering basis). The builder could engage and provide the package for him for additional price of 500 Euros.
